Oscar earned his Paralegal Certificate through CT State Community College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Le Moyne College. He is a commissioned Notary Public in Connecticut and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Before transitioning in the legal field, he worked in healthcare and corporate administration. Outside of the office, Oscar enjoys boxing, exploring local history, and staying active in his community.
